Revolutionising Grant Processes with Tailored Solutions
Developing a test and learn £6m programme we enabled a light bulb moment for a funder, moving from applications to scoring shortlisted organisations through a virtual discussion setting. This broken down barriers and enabled funders to really understand the people delivering the projects.

How a Funder Enhanced Openness and Transparency with the Sector
We used the eight IVAR flexible funder commitments to review a large pan London funder. Through a process review we were able to provide a traffic light system to show areas of strength and development to improve transparency and trust with potential applicants.
